This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Spearhead the design, execution, and ongoing development of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate intimately with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
• Provide scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Design and supervise comprehensive implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across both single and multi-org environments.
• Create, maintain, and enhance custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex classes, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Architect and support integrations, including CTI and MuleSoft.
• Assess potential technical solutions, considering both advantages and disadvantages.
• Establish and promote best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions.
• Contribute to and help refine architecture standards and guidelines.
• Over 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform (Lightning experience strongly preferred).
• At least two (2) active Salesforce certifications, at or above the Administrator (201) level.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions in both single and multi-org environments, covering CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein.
• Strong development skills with Aura/LWC components, Visualforce, Apex, Platform Events, APIs, and integration technologies such as CTI and MuleSoft.
• Proven ability to assess and recommend solutions based on trade-offs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience in contributing to and aligning with enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.
