This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the LATAM sales team to manage the technical aspects of customer opportunities from initial discovery to final closing.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs, current architecture, challenges, and business objectives.
• Propose integration strategies, solution architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure utilizing Telnyx products.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and support for proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Articulate Telnyx product offerings in areas such as Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Wireless/IoT, Networking, Storage, AI, and Voice AI.
• Assist customers in assessing Telnyx APIs, network capabilities, and communication infrastructure.
• Identify technical objections and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address challenges.
• Facilitate customer and partner integrations in real-world settings.
• Create lightweight prototypes or demonstrations that illustrate how Telnyx products can address customer issues.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Telnyx's current and upcoming product offerings.
• Represent the customer’s perspective by providing technical feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist in customer meetings, partner discussions, trade shows, and regional events as necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Support Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infrastructure, networking, contact center technology, cloud platforms, APIs, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Strong skills in presentation and demonstration.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams during the technical discovery, evaluation, proof of concept, and closing phases.
• Hands-on technical curiosity and a willingness to quickly learn new products.
• Business insight and the ability to link technical value to customer outcomes.
• Proficiency in English, along with Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico, with the capacity to support LATAM customers and travel as needed.
