This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Assist in the technical sales process for International Government clients throughout the region.
• Aid in opportunity qualification, conduct technical assessments, deliver customized demonstrations, support proof-of-concept initiatives, develop solution strategies, respond to requests for proposals, and provide the technical expertise necessary for success.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Build and sustain effective technical relationships with government, defense, intelligence, public safety, and national security clients throughout the MEA region.
• Utilize GEOINT and spatial intelligence knowledge in priority missions such as ISR, border security, maritime domain awareness, critical infrastructure protection, disaster response, national mapping, defense planning, and intelligence operations.
• Propel Technical Sales Execution to support the complete pre-sales process, including technical assessments, solution positioning, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical validation, proposal assistance, and transition to delivery.
• Assist with deployment strategies across sovereign cloud, private cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped, low-bandwidth, disconnected, and edge-based mission environments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between MEA Sales teams and Product, Engineering, Services, Operations, and Enablement teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial/GIS, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, geospatial solutions, defense technology, intelligence systems, software platforms, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong background in imagery, geospatial analytics, spatial intelligence, ISR, national security, or related mission workflows.
• Experience in supporting tenders, RFIs, RFPs, compliance documentation, proposal content, Statements of Work, or technical evaluation processes.
• Proven track record of facilitating technical sales engagement across discovery, qualification, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proposal assistance, technical validation, and transition to delivery.
• Familiarity with complex software, geospatial data, imagery, analytics, APIs, cloud, hybrid, on-premises, or mission platform solutions.
• Experience in supporting API integrations, data interoperability, system-to-system workflows, or integrating software platforms into customer environments.
• Ability to convert customer requirements and operational workflows into clear, credible technical solutions.
• Experience in delivering technical demonstrations, customer briefings, workshops, or proof-of-concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to work effectively with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, Services, partners, and clients in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region, averaging approximately 25–30%, with possible peaks up to 50%.
