This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of technical scoping, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding for key clients.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement intricate workflows on the Feathery platform.
• Advise clients on best practices for creating scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Assist with deployments and ensure successful adoption across various teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the evaluation phase to showcase technical capabilities.
• Convert customer requirements into customized product solutions.
• Develop demos and prototypes that highlight Feathery’s versatility and strength.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor to prospects and customers.
• Represent the customer's voice by surfacing insights and feature requests to product and engineering teams.
• Produce technical content such as example applications, documentation, and guides.
• Aid customers and internal teams in gaining a better understanding of platform capabilities.
• Contribute to enhancing onboarding and implementation workflows.
• Help establish best practices for solutions engineering at Feathery.
• Participate in hiring and mentoring future team members.
• Enhance internal processes, tools, and playbooks as the team expands.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in data-intensive or workflow-based systems.
• Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, including the capability to write and troubleshoot scripts and logic for customer implementations.
• Basic familiarity with Python, including the ability to build and debug APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
• Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or workflow automation tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise customers or managing complex implementations.
