Product Solutions Manager – APJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Comprehend intricate client environments, ranging from pre-IPO scale-ups to large-cap enterprises in the MSCI Asia Pacific, and connect Optro’s platform to their specific challenges.

• Engage with C-level prospects to articulate Optro’s strategic value proposition and successfully advance business development opportunities to completion.

• Participate in executive meetings to formulate plans for sales growth, marketing goals, and sales headcount planning.

• Deliver customized demonstrations of the Optro product suite during online or onsite meetings.

• Offer thought leadership on industry best practices and compliance trends within the region.

• Act as a strategic consultant across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and Japan.

• Mentor, cross-train internal resources, and enhance the skills and expertise of team members.

• Provide proactive and trusted thought leadership to target accounts.

• Attend networking events and conferences to foster relationships and create new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Global Business Development, Implementation, and Engineering teams to meet the functional and linguistic needs of APAC clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance, and/or Risk Management.

• Preferred professional certifications include CIA, CISA, or CPA/CA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls management.

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and decision-making skills.

• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with auditors.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and work with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups is preferred.

• Proven experience in communicating and reporting to senior leadership.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Professional proficiency in at least one additional regional language, such as Mandarin or Japanese, is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with common compliance frameworks like COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, and guidelines such as NIST is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
