Solutions Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

• Develop technical proposals and configurations tailored to customer specifications.

• Collaborate with sales teams to grasp customer requirements and offer technical assistance throughout the sales process.

• Provide initial troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and high-availability systems.

• Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies, including both public and private cloud settings.

• In-depth understanding of web protocols and application architectures (HTTP/TLS/SSL).

• Basic exposure to programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and architectures.

• Familiarity with PKI concepts.

• Experience in creating and showcasing demo environments.
