Solutions Engineer – Identity Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Specialists throughout the sales cycle.

• Provide product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs.

• Support technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Assist customers in comprehending authentication, access management, and identity governance.

• Investigate integrations with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure.

• Resolve technical inquiries during evaluations and demonstrations.

• Articulate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

• Work alongside teammates to exchange knowledge, enhance demos, and fortify the SE organization.

• Conduct tests on integrations, APIs, and authentication flows through practical experimentation.

• Lead discussions and present findings to engineers and IT stakeholders.

• Link technology capabilities to address customer challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or similar security technologies.

• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management.

• Exposure to CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Understanding of enterprise directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proficient in troubleshooting integrations related to APIs, authentication flows, or directory services.

• Familiar with REST APIs and tools like Postman or similar applications.

• Comfortable using command-line tools and performing basic scripting.

• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI.

• Capable of clearly explaining technical subjects to both technical and business audiences.

• At ease with presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
