This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Interact with customers to gain insights into their business challenges, technical environments, and specific requirements.
• Create and deliver customized AcuityMD solutions that meet customer needs and highlight the value of the company's offerings.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to formulate account strategies and facilitate the sales process.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations that illustrate the advantages of AcuityMD solutions.
• Address technical questions, RFIs, and RFPs with both functional and technical responses.
• Share insights with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams regarding customer needs, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to foster product innovation and enhancements.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and demonstrate AcuityMD's capabilities.
• Function as a collaborative team member by contributing, learning, and disseminating new knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT sector, particularly in pre-sales or technical sales positions, ideally focusing on CRM, healthcare IT solutions, or high-value business solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on needs assessment, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional presentation and demonstration abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM platforms, healthcare IT systems, or other pertinent enterprise SaaS applications.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and customer success.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions for customer needs.
