Solutions Engineer – GIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Gain in-depth expertise in the Pathfinder solution and its application across various customer scenarios.

• Effectively articulate Pathfinder’s capabilities in relation to user requirements.

• Execute and manage demonstration projects that highlight Pathfinder’s workflows and applications.

• Create technical documentation and contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.

• Develop technical proposals and responses for public tenders.

• Offer technical support, including real-time assistance to customers.

• Oversee and prioritize customer technical requests to inform the product roadmap.

• Design and implement customer onboarding and training sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive testing of the solution prior to releases and client deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing GIS in land, environmental, or infrastructure management.

• Minimum of 2 years in a direct customer-facing position.

• Proven experience in writing technical documentation in English; conversational proficiency in English is required.

• Preferred: Experience in teaching or delivering technical training sessions; 2+ years of experience working with international clients in an English-speaking environment; proficiency in German, Spanish, or other languages is advantageous.
