This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Facilitate the entire process of securing new-market deals. Take ownership of the technical journey from initial discussions to the signed pilot in the UK and Nordics: define integrations, outline comprehensive estimating and parts workflows, and eliminate any obstacles that may hinder a prospect's decision.
• Develop integrations that enable pilots to succeed. Establish and troubleshoot the connections that customers rely on (for instance, the CABAS estimating integration for the Finland/InCar pilot), working closely with both data and code to ensure they are operational in testing and beyond.
• Create demonstrations and experimental features. Design market demos and portal prototypes that showcase Partly's capabilities prior to committing to core engineering, quickly iterating based on prospect feedback.
• Conduct Technical Readiness Assessments. Generate TRAs that outline a customer's systems and dependencies, ensuring both parties are fully aware of the requirements for a pilot.
• Transform data into a compelling commercial case. Develop value-proposition frameworks, calculators, and reporting (such as insurer reporting dashboards) that illustrate the value to customers through their own metrics.
• Advocate for the UK and Nordics customer within the Product team. Convert recurring deal barriers into clear, prioritized product requests, and influence how the product is developed and utilized in each new market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines. Work in tandem with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer issues and maintain progress on deals.
• Proficient in working closely with data and code. You are capable of writing SQL, navigating and debugging a codebase, and building demos or prototypes independently without relying solely on engineering.
• Strong technical problem-solver and systems thinker. You dissect ambiguous and complex issues into root causes and generalizable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Commercially astute. You recognize how technical decisions impact deals, and you are able to construct the business case (frameworks, calculators, reporting) that persuades a customer.
• Exceptional communicator who fosters relationships. You engage effectively with customers and adeptly translate between their context and the Product and Engineering teams at Partly.
• Self-motivated and possess a high sense of ownership. You thrive as the sole solutions expert in a market, managing problems from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• (Preferred) Background in a solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or technical pre-sales role, ideally with experience in integrating or selling to enterprise clients.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with the automotive, parts, insurance, or estimating sectors (such as CABAS, CCC, Audatex/Solera, or similar), or experience in building integrations with complex external data formats.
• Competitive base salary + equity
• Annual global offsite in New Zealand
• Parental leave: Primary caregivers receive 3 months of fully paid parental leave, plus a flexible return-to-work policy (four days on full pay for the first three months back)
• Team lunches: Daily lunch provided in the office from Monday to Friday
• Flexible working hours: We offer flexible working hours and primarily operate from the office
• Seasonal events: Regular events including quarterly "season openers" for our UK/EU team, monthly team catch-ups, and weekly happy hours.
• Healthy body, healthy mind: Each team member receives a £750 annual wellness allowance on a Partly-branded card. This can be used for gym memberships, rock climbing, physiotherapy, massage, GP visits, prescriptions, or any health-related needs for you or your family.
