Solutions Engineer – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to assess and comprehend customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies.

• Design and present customized infrastructure solutions that align with the business goals of customers.

• Establish and nurture technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners while staying informed about the latest product developments.

• Deliver product training and technical education to both the sales team and customers.

• Serve as a trusted IT advisor for clients, working closely with Field Account Executives.

• Oversee the solution practice pipeline by formulating strategies for key prospects and securing new business opportunities.

• Identify and explore technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services domains.

• Create solutions tailored to customers’ requirements and budgets through strategic planning.

• Interact with various levels of client contacts, including CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs, to ensure thorough account management.

• Train and develop sales teams on technical selling, product education, services, and emerging technology trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

• Advanced certification in one or more of the following mainstream technologies is preferred: Dell Technologies, Cisco, VMware, NetApp, Pure Storage, HPE, Azure, AWS, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, Nutanix.
