Solutions Engineer – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to conduct tailored product demonstrations that reflect the business processes and workflows of our existing customers.

• Act as the primary technical sales representative for Special Projects within the Enterprise Sales Team.

• Work alongside stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Onboarding to strategize the product roadmap aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and revenue growth for industries linked to sales projects.

• Train new hires and internal colleagues on the latest product features, industry insights, and effective communication techniques.

• Evaluate and offer objective assessments for Account Executives regarding customer compatibility with recommended products and/or features.

• Address customer objections by delivering innovative workflow solutions derived from an in-depth understanding of ServiceTitan’s software and the competitive advantages of our offerings.

• Develop clear documentation and strategies for handover to the implementation team.

• Regularly update and maintain industry-specific scripts for internal teams to utilize during demonstrations.

• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs and RFPs.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on product updates and releases to identify any potential impacts for business owners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field in Sales, Product, or Engineering.

• An Associate degree is required.

• Demonstrated history of success within or in support of the Sales organization at previous employers.

• An innate ability to think proactively and resolve roadblocks and challenges effectively.
