This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities with Commercial customers.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution architecture discussions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to expedite decision-making.
• Steer complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals.
• Offer structured feedback to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop scalable enablement resources, demonstration environments, and solution blueprints for the Solutions Engineering team.
• 4 to 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role within the networking or security software sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in co-managing pipelines and influencing sales outcomes.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls) along with troubleshooting expertise.
• In-depth understanding of zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, and Identity and Access Management integrations (SSO, SAML, OIDC).
• Knowledge of AI gateway and governance platforms for centralized access to large language models, usage visibility, and auditing.
• Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including session recording, just-in-time access, and protocol-aware controls (e.g., Border0, CyberArk, Teleport).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Practical architectural experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with the skill to translate technical functionalities into business value.
