This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for potential clients during the pre-sales phase.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assist with discovery calls, solution positioning, and deal strategies.
• Design and showcase solutions utilizing Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other related Power Platform services.
• Create and present live product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical walkthroughs customized to customer scenarios.
• Collect and convert customer requirements into solution architectures and automation workflows.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation necessary for sales opportunities.
• Clearly convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide insights from pre-sales interactions to Product and Customer Success teams to foster continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about updates in the Microsoft ecosystem and evolving automation best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Pre-sales Engineer, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience in building or designing solutions utilizing Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Proven track record of supporting sales processes, including discovery, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to varied audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of aligning business needs with technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative settings alongside Sales and technical teams.
• Experience in articulating integration concepts, workflows, or automation logic in a clear and organized manner.
