This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, assisting prospects and clients in understanding, assessing, and effectively implementing company solutions.
• Lead customers through the successful configuration, integration, and continued usage of MoneyThumb APIs and technology solutions.
• Work together with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to create solutions that meet customer business and technical needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops for both potential and current customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding system architecture, product capabilities, security, integrations, and technical best practices.
• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest effective solutions that align with established product functionalities and best practices.
• Collect, document, and relay customer feedback, enhancement requests, and market demands to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide insights for the creation of technical documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and resources for customers.
• Keep updated on company products, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to process enhancements that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product adoption.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and project status within company systems.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Identify and nurture technical champions within prospective accounts to promote deal momentum and minimize evaluation cycles.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive solutions and serve as a resource for the sales team on technical differentiation and objection management.
• In complex deals, oversee the technical evaluation phase of the sales process, including scoping calls, proof-of-concept design, and trial facilitation, ensuring prospects achieve a clear technical decision point.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and improve technical training, battlecards, and demo assets that empower the broader sales team to address common technical inquiries independently.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical position.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers.
• Proficient in working with JSON, XML, and CSV data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Background in lending, particularly business-lending or mortgage-lending.
• Experience with government deals, RFPs, and RFIs.
