This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor, rather than merely a Demonstrator.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive deals to completion.
• Educate clients on the benefits of event-driven architecture and agentic AI.
• Advise customers on industry best practices, integration methodologies, and modernization approaches.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, transforming users into advocates for Solace.
• Conduct on-site visits, regular follow-ups, and discovery sessions to align with the changing needs of customers.
• Lead significant demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Proof of Value (PoVs).
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of core EDA concepts and patterns.
• Communicate the strategic business value of EDA to both executive and technical audiences.
• Play a crucial role in securing multimillion-dollar contracts.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering position, focusing on complex enterprise software solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical assessments and effectively convey business impact.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel (up to 35%).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, streaming technologies, or messaging middleware.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLM application development, or multi-agent orchestration platforms.
• Proficient programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of enterprise IT environments, including security, networking, and compliance aspects.
