Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the definitive C-UAS lexicon and standardized terminology.

• Analyze user selections in simulation environments to identify critical tactical and legal doctrine gaps.

• Create explanatory analytical cards that articulate "why this matters."

• Design and produce tailored, sector-specific scenarios.

• Develop a variety of simulation types.

• Collaborate effectively with the product engineering team.

• Provide engaging technical live demonstrations.

• Assist in efforts to ensure commercial readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred exposure to recent TS/SCI clearance or experience in TS/SCI environments.

• Background in systems engineering or solutions engineering with strong customer-facing and pre-sales instincts.

• Working knowledge of C-UAS, air defense, or protective operations doctrine and concepts of operations (CONOPS).

• Proven ability to convert operational doctrine and legal authorities into clear, structured, written software requirements.

• Previous experience with the U.S. military, DoD, DHS, or Department of State (a nice-to-have).

• Familiarity with modeling and simulation or training platforms and scenario design (a nice-to-have).

• Knowledge of prompt engineering or utilizing generative LLM workflows for swift content creation (a nice-to-have).

• Experience with government acquisition and requirements documentation practices, such as DoD/DHS procurement frameworks (a nice-to-have).
