This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
β’ Establish and uphold the definitive C-UAS lexicon and standardized terminology.
β’ Analyze user selections in simulation environments to identify critical tactical and legal doctrine gaps.
β’ Create explanatory analytical cards that articulate "why this matters."
β’ Design and produce tailored, sector-specific scenarios.
β’ Develop a variety of simulation types.
β’ Collaborate effectively with the product engineering team.
β’ Provide engaging technical live demonstrations.
β’ Assist in efforts to ensure commercial readiness.
β’ Preferred exposure to recent TS/SCI clearance or experience in TS/SCI environments.
β’ Background in systems engineering or solutions engineering with strong customer-facing and pre-sales instincts.
β’ Working knowledge of C-UAS, air defense, or protective operations doctrine and concepts of operations (CONOPS).
β’ Proven ability to convert operational doctrine and legal authorities into clear, structured, written software requirements.
β’ Previous experience with the U.S. military, DoD, DHS, or Department of State (a nice-to-have).
β’ Familiarity with modeling and simulation or training platforms and scenario design (a nice-to-have).
β’ Knowledge of prompt engineering or utilizing generative LLM workflows for swift content creation (a nice-to-have).
β’ Experience with government acquisition and requirements documentation practices, such as DoD/DHS procurement frameworks (a nice-to-have).
