This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Take charge of client engagements from the initial discovery phase to final delivery, ensuring ownership of the technical implementation, client relationships, and overall outcomes.
β’ Create and develop solutions within the partner ecosystem, including platforms such as Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai, and others.
β’ Convert client requirements into detailed technical specifications.
β’ Construct and implement AI-driven workflows, which encompass agentic automations.
β’ Maintain thorough documentation of your work, including implementation guides, integration specifications, and workflow diagrams.
β’ Address and manage issues and escalations with a holistic systems approach.
β’ Aid in pre-sales discussions when your technical insights can provide significant value.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in implementing and managing SaaS platforms in client-facing environments.
β’ Practical experience with customer experience platforms (such as Zendesk, Zoom Contact Center, or similar) and workflow automation tools (like Workato, Zapier, Make, or comparable).
β’ Proficient understanding of APIs, JSON, and systems integration.
β’ Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered workflows.
β’ Excellent communication skills with clients.
β’ Documentation practices that facilitate the work of subsequent team members.
β’ A systems thinker capable of addressing root causes of issues.
