Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical leader during sales meetings.

• Conduct customized product demonstrations.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions.

• Clearly communicate value propositions to business executives and client technical teams.

• Develop well-defined, value-oriented technical proposals and solution concepts that align with client objectives and platform capabilities.

• Ensure that deal cycles progress smoothly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to guarantee seamless transitions and solution viability without engaging in low-level architectural tasks.

• Gather insights from the field and market feedback from clients, relaying this information to Product and Engineering teams.

• Collaborate with ecosystem and technology partners to propose joint customer solutions and secure business collectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering, with a strong emphasis on win-rate contribution, deal quality, and executive presence.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or related SaaS technologies is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of APIs, headless architecture, integration patterns, and data flows.

• Ability to engage comfortably with technical stakeholders while maintaining a focus on commercial goals.

• Outstanding skill in translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences.

• Openness to utilizing AI and developing AI capabilities.

• Technically proficient and experienced in e-commerce platforms or related SaaS technology.
