This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in pre-sale activities by generating technical materials, proposing deal parameters that align with client goals, and developing audience strategies that fit agency buying workflows and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and update reusable pitch resources—technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling documents, and ROI calculators—to enable sellers to advance deals efficiently.
• Implement the standard deal configuration process: audience strategy, market selection, measurement approach, and pricing structure—tailoring templates for each opportunity.
• Engage in pitch meetings and RFP responses alongside senior team members; take ownership of specific technical sections of the proposal narrative.
• Conduct regular technical enablement sessions for sellers, including workshops, deal clinics, and on-the-spot coaching on effectively presenting AudioGraph capabilities.
• Ensure smooth transitions between sales, operations, and client services—ensuring clients do not feel they are starting anew with a different team at any stage.
• Maintain and enhance internal documentation—playbooks, configuration guides, and troubleshooting resources—ensuring the team has access to a shared and up-to-date knowledge base.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by capturing field-level technical feedback and organizing it into clear, prioritized requirements.
• Participate in sprint reviews, beta testing, and partner integration testing for new platform features.
• Oversee specific workstreams such as demo environment management, measurement vendor onboarding, or DSP integration assistance.
• 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising.
• Knowledge of the programmatic supply chain: bid mechanics, deal structures (PMP/PG/preferred deals), header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
• Practical understanding of major DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, Basis, or equivalent) from a technical integration or partner support perspective.
• Direct experience with ad serving platforms (Triton, GAM, FreeWheel, or equivalent), including deal setup, inventory packaging, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with audience data concepts: identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and the flow of audience segments through the programmatic pipeline.
• Exposure to measurement and attribution methodologies (pixel-based, exposure file, foot traffic, brand lift) and at least one vendor in the field.
• Capability to work independently on defined workstreams and to escalate effectively when complexities exceed scope.
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting to agency teams and adept at resolving technical issues with engineers.
