Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist ecosystem partners and strategic clients in integrating Near Intents into their offerings.

• Aid in designing technical integration strategies and addressing implementation challenges.

• Diagnose issues across APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, and partner systems.

• Minimize onboarding friction and expedite partner integration timelines.

• Recognize recurring obstacles and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product readiness.

• Focus primarily on core product development and improvements, including feature enhancements and stability upgrades.

• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for partners, developers, and ecosystem teams.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements in integration.

• Offer insights derived from partner discussions and adoption trends.

• Contribute to shaping developer experience and external technical positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong command of the English language.

• Mid-to-senior level technical proficiency in software engineering.

• Significant experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

• Demonstrated technical expertise in blockchain-related products.

• Capability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and convey solutions clearly.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Developer Relations (DevRel).

• Familiarity with DevOps, especially GCP and Kubernetes.

• Experience with distributed systems, observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering, utilizing tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and telemetry platforms.

• Experience working directly with external partners, clients, or developers.

• Background in building high-frequency trading (HFT) or trading engines.

• A degree or robust academic/practical background in Mathematics or Physics.

• Knowledge of Rust is beneficial but not mandatory.
