This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead a team of Product Managers focused on developing complex, high-impact AI solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with customers to identify the most impactful problems to solve (the use case with the clearest ROI) and establish success metrics before commencing development.
• Navigate high levels of ambiguity, shaping opportunities when requirements are not explicitly defined.
• Oversee the delivery of innovative solutions from inception to production, making critical product and trade-off decisions regarding speed, stability, and scope.
• Manage a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise clients, prioritizing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Assist your Product Managers in the day-to-day management of their solutions across various clients: help them prioritize tasks, make trade-offs, and remove obstacles to ensure product implementations and solutions progress smoothly.
• Balance execution speed with long-term quality, reuse, and product strategy.
• Recognize patterns across solutions and advocate for reuse and productization, collaborating closely with the Platform team.
• Mentor and develop your Product Managers, enhancing their product judgment and enabling them to operate effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Proven experience working with complex systems and enterprise clients, managing competing needs and constraints (required).
• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with Product Managers, in high-growth or intricate settings.
• Experience in managing strong Product Managers, providing direction while fostering ownership and independent decision-making.
• Capability to operate within ambiguity, articulate problems, and lead teams to deliver new solutions from initial stages to production.
• Demonstrated success in bringing products or systems from concept to significant real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, collaborating effectively with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
