Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead and support the development and design of comprehensive processes for Business Central (BC) solutions, ensuring they align with both business goals and technical standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, converting them into functional design documents and configuration specifications.

• Create scalable, flexible, and secure architectural solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

• Identify operational risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them effectively.

• Offer leadership and direction to a team of functional consultants in the implementation of BC solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

• Ensure the smooth deployment of solutions by liaising with project teams, managing timelines, and resolving technical challenges.

• Supervise the integration of BC systems with other enterprise applications.

• Maintain data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.

• Work with Project Managers to oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful solution delivery within the defined scope.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that solutions meet both business needs and technical specifications.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to convey solution designs and implementation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Central, particularly in the relevant area of focus.

• Possession of Dynamics Business Central certifications.

• Experience in interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.

• Skill in building strong client relationships and articulating how Dynamics BC can provide value to their business.

• Experience in designing and coordinating multiple full cycle BC deployments.

• Proven record of successful implementations conducted both on-site and remotely.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Robust understanding and exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform.
