This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Quickly grasp the customer's requirements and challenges to design and implement effective solutions.

• Collaborate with potential clients interested in integrating open-source Dapr into their applications.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for customers using Diagrid products.

• Create and present customer demonstrations.

• Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions utilizing various programming languages.

• Offer architectural guidance across a wide range of technologies within the Cloud Native ecosystem.

• Leverage expert knowledge in cloud engineering and system design to assist clients with distributed system issues.

• Share insights and knowledge gained from real-world customer interactions to enhance Diagrid products.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for Dapr.

• Communicate customer challenges and opportunities to the leadership team.

• Over 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or a similar technical customer-facing position.

• Exceptional customer engagement and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise applications and solutions.

• Strong understanding of computer science principles, particularly in distributed systems.

• Proficient developer experience in at least one of the following: Java, .NET, or Go.

• Good experience with Node and Python.

• Ability to quickly adjust priorities and adapt to changing situations.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.

• Bonus: Experience with public cloud providers.
