This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Take ownership of the Cisco brand with clients and partners.
• Deliver technical solutions that meet the business requirements of customers and partners.
• Work in collaboration with account and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor.
• Lead interactions with IT professionals and decision-makers.

• Oversee the technical sales process from opportunity identification to deal closure.

• Grow the customer base by increasing the number of new customers each quarter.

• Provide constructive feedback on market prospects and competitive strategies.
• Foster customer success by delivering customized technical solutions and presentations.
• Assist in demand generation and enablement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of educational resources and share internal best practices.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in secure access, Duo multi-factor authentication, firewall management, networking, AI defense, and security technologies.
• Experience in supporting and leading teams in a fully remote setting, especially within the LATAM segment.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco’s product offerings and technologies.
• Strong skills in relationship management and collaboration.
• Background in technical sales with a successful history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Capability to navigate complex customer scenarios and multi-architecture solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Cisco’s internal sales processes and tools.
