This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations across Case IQ's range of solutions to assist prospects in recognizing the value and functionalities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process to develop effective demo strategies that align with customer challenges, goals, and workflows.
• Assist in discovery calls by identifying technical needs and recommending suitable Case IQ solutions.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor, ensuring that customers comprehend how Case IQ solutions integrate into their workflows and ecosystems.
• Work together with Marketing and Product teams to enhance demo narratives, materials, and product messaging that support improved conversion rates.
• Monitor and evaluate demo quality, conversion effectiveness, and customer engagement statistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sales representatives requiring demo assistance, objection resolution, or product clarification.
• Disseminate best practices throughout the sales organization, covering aspects from demo preparation and storytelling to addressing intricate product inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product leadership to establish repeatable demo frameworks and playbooks.
• Contribute to enhanced demo consistency, clearer sales enablement, improved customer-facing technical narratives, and better insights into demo performance or conversion trends.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales or solutions engineering, preferably within Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex software functionalities into customer benefits through consultative demos and discovery sessions.
• Strong technical knowledge in SaaS environments, integrations, and implementation processes.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the capability to tailor messages for both executive and technical audiences.
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset — eager to build and lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team from the ground up.
