This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will be positioned at the crossroads of engineering, product, and customer engagement β developing tangible solutions that demonstrate value swiftly and can scale in production environments.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product management, and operations during discovery calls, workshops, and design sessions.
β’ Convert customer business challenges into technical architectures, workflows, and integration strategies.
β’ Serve as a technical advocate during the onboarding process, removing obstacles and guiding implementation efforts.
β’ Quickly create prototypes for integrations, automations, or agent workflows to assess fit and feasibility.
β’ Transition prototypes into production-level code, working alongside engineering teams on scalability, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
β’ Develop and maintain SDKs, API clients, connectors, and middleware for customer systems.
β’ Set and apply best practices for data modeling, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and error management.
β’ Gather and articulate customer feedback to product and engineering teams for roadmap prioritization.
β’ Generate design documents, integration guides, technical documentation, and training resources.
β’ Minimum of 3 years in a solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a similar technical position within a high-growth software setting.
β’ Demonstrated capability to design, prototype, and deliver integrations, automations, or connected applications independently.
β’ Practical experience with AI/LLM tools β such as LLM frameworks, orchestration platforms, or constructing workflows using agents and prompts.
β’ Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar) β sufficient to debug, troubleshoot, and create proofs of concept.
β’ Strong experience interacting with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, or integration layers.
β’ Experience in customer-facing roles (discovery calls, technical workshops, or implementations).
β’ Ability to translate customer issues into technical solutions and designs.
β’ Comfort in early-stage, dynamic settings without detailed playbooks.
β’ Exceptional communication skills β capable of presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.
