This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee and coordinate the complete Solutions Design process, ensuring that clinical protocols are accurately and efficiently mapped to software solutions within the project scope.
• Collect and document requirements while defining design components to support these needs; act as a representative of the Solutions Design team and provide subject matter expertise in client-facing meetings as necessary.
• Develop and maintain specifications for study-specific implementations of Clario products and services.
• Ensure alignment between trial data capture, data delivery, and database structures.
• Collaborate with Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing (CSTL) to verify that the correct versions of copyrighted questionnaires are utilized.
• Assist in Solutions Validation/Quality Control testing by promptly addressing any design-related defects.
• Work with other departments to address study issues identified beyond the startup phase.
• Participate in or lead segments of internal and external design milestone meetings.
• Act as an additional delegate representing Solution Design during client audits, providing insights into process flows, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other Clario teams, such as Business Development, to aid in the review and analysis of proposals and protocols for new studies.
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in a field related to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Science industry, or Computer Sciences.
• Proven understanding of eCOA and Clinical Research.
• Experience in an international setting and adept at managing client relationships at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in Clinical Research as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Research Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar roles is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other eClinical/Clinical/Healthcare technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Application Designer, Software Designer, or similar, along with experience in Technology Solutions for the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
