This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete Solutions Design Process for client studies.
• Analyze clinical trial protocols to determine solution requirements and establish study-specific eCOA designs.
• Collect sponsor requirements and suggest Clario’s optimal design elements to fulfill study objectives.
• Develop and uphold design specifications for data capture, delivery, and database frameworks.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and CSTL to ensure alignment of requirements and data integrity.
• Showcase solution designs during both internal and external milestone meetings.
• Assist in project scoping, change management, and testing activities.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at product and process enhancements.
• Keep thorough documentation and aid in study tracking efforts.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; a focus on science or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trials or a comparable role.
• Capability to interpret clinical trial documents, including protocols, questionnaires, and data models.
• Experience in converting client requirements into design specifications.
• Proven ability to interact with clients at various levels.
• Understanding of FDA regulatory procedures and clinical research standards.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with technical documentation tools is advantageous.
