This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Opportunity for support and shaping solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers on qualified opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and context.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to ascertain the factors driving the opportunity, the decision-making process, and the definition of success.
• Convert customer needs into clear and practical solution strategies across Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, and Totara.
• Provide guidance on platform suitability and configuration based on use cases, constraints, and scale, suggesting actionable ways to fulfill requirements when feasible.
• Identify risks, gaps, or misalignments early on and address them transparently.
• Design and deliver customized demonstrations that align with the customer’s use cases and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Consultancy Circle to validate and refine solution strategies.
• Assist in preparing tender responses, influencing solution design and technical answers.
• In-depth knowledge of learning platforms, particularly Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, and/or Totara.
• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales, consultancy, or solution-oriented role within a B2B setting (at least 2 years in a relevant position).
• Proven ability to lead discovery processes and shape solution strategies based on customer needs.
• Experience in delivering tailored demonstrations to diverse audiences.
