Solutions Consultant – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the customer's security transformation journey.

• Develop technical solutions that safeguard the critical business objectives of customers.

• Advocate for industry leadership in on-premises, cloud, and security operations services.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets by implementing strategic account plans for cross-platform solutions.

• Comprehend key customer business needs and create overarching designs utilizing the PANW portfolio.

• Promote customer adoption of the Palo Alto Networks Platform.

• Conduct discovery sessions to articulate essential technical, operational, and commercial priorities.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams for effective customer implementation.

• Deliver impactful presentations and conduct technical engagements and workshops.

• Lead successful technical validation efforts grounded in best practices for achieving technical wins.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.

• Proficient in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.

• Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions and influencing new business initiatives.

• Ability to influence and secure buy-in from key stakeholders in both customer-facing and internal roles.

• Expertise in creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.

• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.

• Background in complex sales that involve lengthy sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions.
