Solutions Consultant – Integrations, iPaaS

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery discussions to comprehend client business processes, integration obstacles, and automation objectives.

• Provide customized product demonstrations and offer solution recommendations that align with client requirements.

• Develop integration architectures, workflows, and system connectivity strategies utilizing Celigo or comparable iPaaS platforms.

• Generate functional specifications, field mappings, transformation logic, and technical documentation for implementation teams.

• Serve as the main functional consultant between clients and development teams throughout project execution.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation procedures.

• Assist with implementations during deployment, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities.

• Educate and train clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and integration management.

• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams to guarantee successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities for platform expansion, additional integrations, and long-term customer growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in integration consulting, solutions consulting, or iPaaS implementation settings.

• Practical experience with Celigo, NetSuite, APIs, ERP systems, or similar integration technologies is highly preferred.

• Background in designing integration workflows, field mappings, and automation processes.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and business process automation.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
