This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for customer discovery and solution design, converting intricate clinical and business requirements into groundbreaking digital healthcare solutions.

• Perform technical evaluations, architectural assessments, and due diligence to guarantee that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and appropriate for their intended purpose.

• Collaborate with Commercial teams during the pre-sales phase, offering expert advice on technical feasibility, integrations, cybersecurity, and governance necessities.

• Facilitate project governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the customer journey, ensuring effective delivery and outstanding customer experiences.

• Work closely with local Connectivity Specialists, Digital Services teams, and regional stakeholders to standardize best practices and enhance operational scalability across various markets.

• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities at an early stage, establishing repeatable and transferable processes that promote sustainable growth.

• Represent the voice of the customer, incorporating market insights and evolving healthcare needs into product development discussions and shaping future roadmaps.

• Create and implement training programs, mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

• Remain at the cutting edge of healthcare technology innovation, investigating emerging trends, digital ecosystems, interoperability, cybersecurity, and advancements in connected care.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital healthcare, healthcare IT, connected care, medical technology, or related domains.

• Strong proficiency in solution architecture, systems integration, technical consulting, and digital transformation projects.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare provider settings, clinical workflows, regulatory standards, cybersecurity, and data governance.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, executives, clinicians, and technical teams, converting complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Excellent project leadership, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• A collaborative mindset, customer-centric approach, and the assertiveness to drive change across cross-functional teams.

• A commitment to innovation and ongoing improvement, with the capacity to influence both customer outcomes and the direction of future products.
