Solutions Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team on industrial manufacturing and distribution accounts.

• Engage in discovery sessions, create innovative solutions, lead product demonstrations and architecture evaluations, and drive deal strategies.

• Convert complex business requirements into practical technical capabilities and customized solutions.

• Keep updated on Salsify’s products and customer success stories, linking functionalities to business results.

• Establish relationships and trust with prospects and customers through industry thought leadership and expertise.

• Collaborate with Product to represent customer needs and influence the product development roadmap.

• Work alongside Customer Success to facilitate ongoing customer adoption and growth.

• Partner with Professional Services to comprehend and prioritize service scope.

• Collaborate with Marketing on product messaging and gather market feedback.

• Differentiate Salsify in a competitive landscape and enhance customer growth and satisfaction.

• Articulate the value of Salsify’s platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer for B2B SaaS solutions.

• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or a closely related B2B sector.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a strong presence when addressing executive audiences.

• Profound technical aptitude and comprehension of intricate data flows and enterprise architecture.

• Willingness and ability to travel 20-25% of the time.

• Programming expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
