📋 Description

• Enhance, sustain, and oversee the comprehensive Project Work Plan for TJC Behavioral Health and Telehealth accreditation preparedness.

• Define distinct workstream milestones across both clinical and operational teams.

• Recognize gaps, compliance challenges, and interdepartmental dependencies.

• Revise the roadmap and deploy risk mitigation tactics.

• Collaborate with workstream leaders to thoroughly examine TJC standards.

• Create supporting documentation and process materials.

• Coordinate and manage internal mock audits, tracer activities, and readiness simulations.

• Establish communication rhythms among stakeholders through working groups, asynchronous updates, and project dashboards.

• Foster cross-functional accountability.

• Produce succinct, data-driven written updates for senior leadership that highlight progress, milestones, and critical risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare project management, healthcare operations, or management consulting, ideally within high-growth health tech or clinical settings.

• Proven experience in leading intricate, cross-functional regulatory, compliance, or accreditation readiness projects from gap analysis to execution.

• Outstanding strategic and project management abilities with the capacity to influence cross-functional peers and senior leadership without direct authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical insights and regulatory requirements into actionable executive summaries.

• A highly organized self-starter who excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can establish order from uncertainty.
