This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth by integrating FIT solutions into sponsor strategies and Fortrea delivery models (FSO/FSP/SaaS).
• Own and manage pre-sales activities for key opportunities: executive discovery, solution workshops, value mapping, pricing/value alignment inputs, and close-plan support in collaboration with Sales/BD.
• Influence pipeline advancement by developing compelling business cases that effectively communicate FIT ROI, value proposition, and differentiation.
• Maintain active involvement with strategic accounts and pursuits (e.g., account planning, stakeholder mapping, executive relationships) in close partnership with Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with essential internal stakeholders during proposal creation, initial customer engagement, and bid defense to devise successful strategies and unique solution narratives.
• Develop and present FIT-specific win themes (why Fortrea + why FIT + why now), including quantified outcomes where applicable (productivity, quality, speed, predictability).
• Support the creation of consistent, high-quality proposal content and messaging that distinctly positions FIT as a competitive advantage in pursuits.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and biotech firms; engage credibly with C-suite and functional executives.
• Sustain sponsor partnerships by offering consultative advice on FIT capabilities, adoption pathways, and best-fit use cases aligned with customer objectives and trial requirements.
• Lead executive briefings and product demonstrations alongside Solution Consultants and Clinical SMEs; customize demos and narratives to target buyer personas and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to provide field insights, inform roadmap strategies, and ensure a robust understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Transform market intelligence into actionable GTM enhancements (packaging, messaging, proof points, objection handling) to boost adoption and win rates.
• Work with Marketing to enhance FIT's presence through papers, webinars, conferences, and symposiums; act as a representative for Fortrea as a leader in digital health and technology adoption.
• Foster internal awareness of FIT; empower Sales, Delivery, and Clinical teams with talk tracks, positioning guidance, and client-ready materials.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (or equivalent industry experience).
• In-depth expertise in clinical trial technologies and/or digital health solutions, demonstrated success in customer-facing roles (commercialization, solutioning, implementation leadership, or hybrid).
• Extensive experience in clinical operations, clinical data management, and/or clinical technology roles within pharma/biotech/CRO/vendor environments.
• Experience implementing technology in global studies at a sponsor, CRO, or vendor.
• Strong customer network across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with the ability to establish executive-level relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory guidelines and global regulations (GCP/ICH, FDA/EMA/CHMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP validation), particularly concerning digital/mobile health.
• Proven capability to lead customer design/solution sessions for complex architecture and workflow integration; demonstrate strong performance under tight deadlines.
