This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute consultancy projects throughout trusts and Integrated Care Systems, including diagnostic audits, pathway evaluations, capability assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify operational challenges, set objectives, and define success metrics that align with NHS priorities.
• Generate clear, evidence-based outputs that convert findings into actionable recommendations and implementation-ready steps.
• Assist Customer Success and Implementation teams in incorporating consultancy insights into adoption planning, optimization efforts, and tracking measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to consistent project governance, documentation, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of delivery across all engagements.
• Oversee diagnostics for elective and outpatient services with NHS providers, concentrating on patient access services, outpatient booking systems, and operational controls for elective admissions.
• Utilize expert knowledge of RTT policy and related operational requirements to assist customers in identifying root causes of delays, variations, backlog risks, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure that pathway changes align with service realities, making recommendations practical and measurable.
• Support customers in enhancing their performance against agreed-upon indicators, productivity expectations, and quality measures within elective and outpatient services.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing position in healthcare, health technology, consultancy, implementation, or service improvement, preferably within the NHS framework.
• Demonstrated expertise in elective care and outpatient operations, including patient access services, along with a strong understanding of RTT policy.
• Hands-on experience with outpatient booking processes and operational methodologies that support outpatient and elective services.
• Proven ability to conduct structured discovery and diagnostics, translating findings into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
• Strong capability to convert operational challenges into digital and workflow-based solutions, balancing customer requirements with product capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across executive, clinical, and operational levels.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, including planning, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Confident in collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
