This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Customer engagement and trusted advisory: Establish and nurture robust relationships with enterprise clients throughout Germany and the wider DACH region.
• Procurement expertise and discovery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' sourcing and procurement strategies, focusing on category management and optimization of the end-to-end procurement process.
• Solution demonstration and value selling: Illustrate how Pactum delivers concrete value to customers and partners.
• Business case development: Create detailed, compelling business cases that leverage Pactum's core strengths effectively.
• Account growth and expansion: Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure that existing customers are fully utilizing Pactum's offerings.
• Product and sales shaping: Serve as an internal advocate for customer requirements.
• Located in Germany, with mandatory fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Over 5 years of experience in procurement consulting or a solutions consulting role, possessing extensive procurement expertise while working with large enterprise organizations.
• Strong comprehension of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• A compelling presenter - able to construct and deliver a persuasive narrative under pressure and in front of senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in leading workshops and discovery sessions that uncover customer challenges and align them with solutions.
• Analytical and data-driven - comfortable analyzing complex data to identify trends and formulate recommendations.
• Strong project management capabilities - adept at managing timelines, resources, and multiple workstreams concurrently.
• A consultative mindset - builds trust by thoroughly understanding issues prior to proposing solutions.
• Quick and adaptable - able to move swiftly, respond effectively to incoming requests, and prioritize progress over perfection.
• High ownership, low ego - focused on achieving results, navigating ambiguity, and taking initiative without waiting for approval.
