Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for our SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) platform.

• Enhance customer integration by planning, managing, and supervising parallel integration projects utilizing APIs and EDI.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to demonstrate solutions, address complex technical inquiries, and ensure customers achieve optimal value from our system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a solutions engineering/architect role and/or technical project management, engaging directly with customers and various technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey client needs to the development team.

• Demonstrated success in SaaS software implementation and systems integrations.

• Capability to clearly articulate and provide technical solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

• Experience in system integration design, implementation, and testing (EDI/API).

• Native or highly proficient English language skills.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Direct experience with a TMS system is an advantage.
