This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Facilitate engaging and impactful client discovery sessions to identify significant business challenges, strategic objectives, and operational hurdles.
• Actively engage in the qualification process, assessing prospective client needs to ensure our Adaptive ERP and supplementary solutions align perfectly with their requirements.
• Create, develop, and present captivating software demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team—functioning as a cohesive, top-tier support unit—to formulate tailored winning strategies.
• Sustain a high level of expertise regarding QAD’s solution offerings, trends in the manufacturing industry, and the competitive landscape.
• Over five years of experience in a sales role focused on ERP solutions.
• Proven ability to uphold high morale and activity levels throughout lengthy sales cycles.
• A successful history in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales within the enterprise software (SaaS) sector.
• Strong comprehension of manufacturing workflows, supply chain dynamics, and principles of quality management.
• Capability to think quickly and convert technical terminology into business advantages.
• Familiarity with Generative AI applications in a professional setting.
