This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and uphold in-depth knowledge of the JLL/BE product suite, platform, and future development strategy.
• Evaluate a prospective client's current technology environment and business processes, proposing the most suitable solution.
• Convey and showcase the distinct value proposition of our SaaS offerings to a variety of audiences, ranging from technical personnel to C-level executives.
• Create, construct, and present engaging standard and tailored product demonstrations that tackle specific prospect challenges and business goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process, spearheading technical discovery, solution validation, and offering product expertise to enhance sales initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between the field and Product Management by gathering customer insights, validating enhancement requests, and pinpointing product deficiencies to shape the development roadmap.
• Engage in pertinent agile product development meetings to ensure alignment with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or comparable practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation Project Management, or Customer Success Management.
• Proficient in Spanish, with a demonstrated ability to lead product presentations and business discussions in Spanish.
