This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and design solutions to fulfill clients' technical needs, leading workshops to scope and architect effective implementations.
• Offer expert technical advice and support throughout all phases of the presales process.
• Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations that highlight our dialogue software capabilities.
• Assess and deliver proof of concepts for both potential and current customers.
• Assist with RFP and tender submissions by providing technical expertise and documentation.
• Create and present engaging technical and product presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to assess opportunities and advance deals.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve presales processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support the Professional Services team by supplying clear technical requirements for solution implementation.
• Ideally 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies.
• Dedication to staying current with emerging technologies to provide industry-leading service offerings.
