Senior PreSales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical Pre-Sales initiatives for clients.

• Convert business needs into IT solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Account Management (TAM), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Professional Services (PSO) teams to secure new clients and expansions, while enhancing the sales pipeline.

• Design, create, and present compelling and successful presentations that emphasize the business value for customers, along with showcasing the architecture, capabilities, and functionalities of an enterprise SaaS Software Solution.

• Align customer requirements with current and future features to provide a clear depiction of how Aras’ solutions fulfill client needs.

• Spearhead the development and implementation of configured and customized demonstrations of the Aras solution.

• Manage technical responses for customer-supplied RFI/RFP/RFQ requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of PLM processes and master data, and their significance for seamless operations.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in WEB development (C#, dot.net, GIT, SQL, etc.).

• Exceptional listening skills, analytical ability in constructing message content, and delivering messages clearly and concisely.

• Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.

• Solid comprehension of the enterprise application landscape, principles, and standards that facilitate decision-making regarding integration solutions within enterprise applications.

• Experience in effective storytelling.

• Capability to partner and collaborate with business and IT in defining and executing large-scale projects and change initiatives.

• Strong skills in building relationships.

• Experience in promoting, establishing, and executing digital transformation projects in industrial settings.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at the executive/senior management level.

• Good understanding of the High-Tech and Process Industry, including their business processes.
