This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to enhance revenue growth and facilitate strategic agreements.
• Grasp customer challenges and convert them into customized demonstrations, workflows, and technical presentations.
• Create and present engaging live demonstrations that highlight the real-world benefits of Synera.
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for engineering teams and decision makers.
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to ensure seamless transitions and effective customer adoption.
• Motivate engineers and engineering leaders by illustrating how automation can revolutionize their workflows.
• Continuously gather insights from customers and relay them to Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Several years of experience in a customer-oriented technical position such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable navigating technically intricate products.
• Experience with CAD / CAE systems, capable of building or modifying models.
• Familiarity with mechanical components and manufacturing techniques such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing.
• Passionate about promoting technology and generating excitement among customers about new opportunities.
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can clarify complex technical ideas.
• Inquisitive and process-driven, always seeking to enhance operational efficiency.
• Enjoy in-person interactions with customers and colleagues, and willing to travel regularly (approximately 40%).
