This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Deliver primary technical pre-sales assistance to designated account representatives.
• Guide customers towards Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services.
• Assist with device integration and facilitate testing for customer approval.
• Manage integration efforts with both internal and external support teams.
• Advise potential users on product capabilities.
• Contribute valuable insights for product development.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer sales support, assessing business needs, and creating solutions that meet client requirements.
• Familiarity with network connectivity.
• Experience in software development.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proven capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-driven, dedicated, results-oriented problem solver with an optimistic perspective.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving schedules and customer demands.
