This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver technical support throughout the complete sales process — from discovery workshops and solution design to presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), and proofs of value (PoVs).
• Assess intricate customer requirements and create customized technical solution architectures.
• Develop solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and highly secure segmented network environments.
• Offer technical assistance for RFIs, RFPs, and public tenders at both national and European levels.
• Collaborate closely with organizations associated with the Bundeswehr, governmental authorities, system integrators, and defense firms.
• Support international projects and NATO-related initiatives alongside the global team.
• Several years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Ideally possess experience in the cybersecurity field and working with clients in defense, government, public sector, or critical infrastructure (KRITIS).
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, particularly in virtualization, networking, gateways, and proxy technologies.
• Practical experience with scripting and automation tools, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the public sector, especially BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, or similar standards.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical subjects clearly and convincingly.
• Proficient in German (negotiation-level) and very good command of English.
• Willingness and capability to undergo security screening as per SÜG regulations.
• Remote-first approach across Germany, with Berlin as the designated meeting hub.
• Compensation structure of 75% fixed / 25% variable; OTE (on-target earnings) ranging from €120,000 to €160,000.
