This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify new business prospects, penetrate target industries and applications, thereby playing a crucial role in the ongoing growth of the company.
• You will conduct a detailed analysis of customer needs, comprehend their processes, and create customized solutions that are both technically proficient and financially feasible.
• You will oversee the complete sales cycle—from the first contact and technical consultation to the finalization of contracts—and ensure the successful completion of your projects through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• You will proactively build and enhance relationships with key clients, industry associations, and technology partners at trade exhibitions to further bolster the company's market presence.
• A technical degree is preferred (e.g., Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).
• Strong capabilities in market and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with drive technology, drive systems, motors, or axle systems.
• Proven experience in selling complex components and systems.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities—you establish targeted relationships and nurture them sustainably.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Permanent employment contract.
