Solutions Architect, Java/.Net/Node

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develops system architecture

• Influences the development of software production standards across the company

• Collaborates with clients (travel may be required)

• Works alongside the development team

• Provides advice and shares knowledge with others

• Engages in sales activities — supports the Presales team and Account Managers in delivery

• Creates software using tools and techniques from Generative AI

• Facilitates the adoption of AI tools within the team and processes

• Considers AI capabilities when designing architecture and making technological decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a solutions architect role - a must-have

• Extensive knowledge of at least two backend technologies (e.g., Java + .Net or Node + Java)

• Familiarity with application and system architecture

• Experience with React or TypeScript or Angular is a plus

• Proficient in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Fluent in English at a C1 level

• Demonstrates a high level of business awareness

• Possesses strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Open to business trips and client visits

• Regularly utilizes at least one AI tool in development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)

• Open to AI-assisted software development processes

• Embraces challenges, with accountability and independence being second nature.

• Ability to build prompts and consciously use LLM in analysis, design, and code review

• Experience integrating LLM models with backend applications (e.g., via OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)

• Knowledge of more than one AI-assisted development tool and the ability to compare their applications.
