This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Analyze and organize changes in business processes to enhance the functionality of Gaia Herbs’ IFS ERP system, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and operational goals.
• Collect and interpret business and user requirements in collaboration with business managers and end users to create functional specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis with business users to pinpoint improvement areas, define project objectives, outline project scope, estimate necessary resources, and establish functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and manage testing strategies to guarantee that the ERP system fulfills established requirements and specifications.
• Assist business initiatives through demonstrations of IFS and documentation of processes and functional requirements.
• Convert business and technical requirements into targeted, customer-focused solutions that align with the needs of Gaia Herbs.
• Keep up-to-date with IFS capabilities, providing guidance and training to ensure effective system usage.
• Oversee and coordinate vendor partners to ensure seamless project implementation and the resolution of any issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems, including a minimum of 2 years in a Solutions Architect role, particularly within IFS ERP V.9 or V.10+ environments.
• Experience in two or more implementations as a Solution Architect or Functional Analyst, focusing on finance and manufacturing modules.
• In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP architecture, particularly in configurable manufacturing settings.
• Strong understanding of business process frameworks and the ability to apply architectural principles to enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, with a demonstrated history of implementing enhancements in these areas.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical requirements clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
