Solutions Architect – Enterprise Architect, IT, Industrial Automation & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business objectives into platform value narratives, architectural principles, and adoption strategies.

• Collaborate in designing target IT–OT architectures for software-defined automation and Physical AI across multi-site environments.

• Facilitate maturity assessments and architecture workshops with business, IT, and OT stakeholders.

• Develop phased transformation roadmaps that include clear risk mitigation and value realization plans.

• Assist Sales in high-level discussions, crafting business cases, and establishing long-term framework agreements.

• Discover expansion opportunities across various sites, use cases, and regions.

• Maintain architectural consistency throughout the complete customer lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or IT/OT Transformation Architect.

• Demonstrated experience in large enterprise settings and automation fields.

• Strong knowledge of cloud and enterprise IT architectures.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture methodologies and tools like ArchiMate, TOGAF, and LeanIX.

• Exceptional skills in workshop facilitation, structuring, and abstraction.

• A business-outcome driven mindset characterized by ownership, curiosity, and pragmatism.

• Proficiency in English and German at C1 level.
